Che Wickham, Mikhail Byer, Hakeem Chinapoo and Dylan Woodruffe teamed up to strike gold for Trinidad and Tobago late on the second day of the 2024 Carifta Games, in Grenada, yesterday.

Just before press time, the T&T quartet stopped the clock at 40.45 seconds, forcing Jamaica to settle for silver in 40.55. Grenada produced a 40.71 run to bag bronze. T&T captured silver in two 4x1 events.
